OUR QUALITY

If this is the case, we will replace or exchange it at no extra cost, except for accidental damage or mishandle of the instruments. All instruments are delicate; therefore their life and serviceability depend on simple care and proper use.

Care And Maintenance

1. Instruments should be rinsed in distilled or chlorine-free water. Any mild detergent or aqueous based cleaning media can be used, however no corrosive liquid is recommended.

2. After rinsing and cleaning the instrument, it is important to dry it in oven and/or with a hair dryer for complete dryness.

3. Ultrasound cleaning is also recommended; however make sure that the instruments don´t rub against each other while cleaning. Any aqueous based alkaline liquid (like the BPI (Solution) can be used.
